Description

During the rolling upgrade of a 3.5.6 cluster to 3.6.0, the peers are not able to talk to each other due to different protocol version in the QuorumCnxManager introduced by ZOOKEEPER-3188.

 

We need to fix the rolling upgrade between 3.5.6 and 3.6.0 in a way that the quorum is always up an healthy.
