Description

There are several PRs that export csv from front-end side:
https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/pull/6
https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/pull/89

But since we have merged simple implementation of tsv export(https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/pull/761), csv download can leverage tsv download feature by using same codebase
