[ZEPPELIN-6010] Compilation error from source code package version zeppelin-0.11.1

Description

When I compile

 ./mvnw clean package -DskipTests 

from

https://archive.apache.org/dist/zeppelin/zeppelin-0.11.1/zeppelin-0.11.1.tgz 

The following error occurred while downloading the source code package,

and when I used it

 https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/tree/v0.11.1  

There was no such error during compilation, so I suspect there may be an issue with the source code package of the distribution.

Please help me take a look at this issue.
