[ZEPPELIN-5775] The SSL port 8443 is working. But the http port 8009 not be listened .Please check the screenshots

Description

Before the configuration of the ssl certificate is configured, the page can be accessed by starting zeppelin. But after configuring the ssl certificate, reboot. The 8443 port corresponding to ssl is opened, but the default http8009 port is not started. Do I need to configure it?
