[ZEPPELIN-5080] Not able to access same notebook by multiple user simultaneously

Description

I am trying to access a notebook by multiple user, but nothing load and frontend get stuked. After restarting zeppelin I am able to load notebook. But again concurrent access stuck the front end. Earlier it was working in 0.8.1 version. Currently upgraded to 0.9.0.

 

The error is
