Because of the display: block in this PR https://github.com/apache/incubator-zeppelin/pull/479

The Notebooks have a huge space under the last paragraph (easy to spot when there is a scrollbar)

I tried looking for a potential fix, but couldn't find a solution.
So, I prefer reverting that PR since animations are not essential.
