Hello, community!

While we using livy2 interpreter we have an issue with russian cyrillic symbols. they are displayed like '?????'

to reproduce:

%livy2.pyspark

print "<some russian text>"

We have read this two bugs, and tried to implement the fixes, for example we have installed last release in 9.0 branch and from 8.0 branch and result still the same:
