Description
User should not have certain options available when they do not have the permissions to execute it. (or these options should be greyed out )
Example: When setting up a notebook, user admin wants to make sure that other people has only read access to her notebook. So, the permission is set to owners=admin , writers=admin, reader="" .
When user1 navigates to this notebook, all the UI options that user1 cannot use are displayed. In which, the user then clicks on "Run"
When this happens, User is warned with insufficient permissions and is routed back to the main page.
