[ZEPPELIN-3270] Spark interpreter - job progress is not shown nor a link to Spark driver UI

Description

New Zeppelin doesn't show progress bar, nor shows a link to Spark Driver UI as it used to.

When I manually go to Spark Driver UI, I see job is running, has a running stages etc.

Not sure how it became broken.
