Description

Zeppelin notebook links, when clicked on from MS Outlook (any version), gets encoded such that the hash '#' is replaced with '%23' thereby resulting in error 404 in zeppelin.

Can supported be added for this? Actual browser error below when link with ../#//notebook/2D7HE4Y1C clicked on from Outlook:

HTTP ERROR 404
