Description
Zeppelin can use AWS S3 as a notebook storage. However, notebook-authorization.json is stored only on a local disk and it can not be stored in AWS S3 (or other remote storages).
That prevents Zeppelin from being able to run on multiple servers and being scalable in the future.
To resolve this issue, this ticket tries to add configuration for using AWS S3 to store notebook-authorization.json.
