Description

Hi, in previous versions (0.6 and 0.7), we had a tooltip showing us the repo url assigned to interpreter repos (central, local, any other)
In 0.8 it no longer shows and this should be fixed.
Note that, given the "central" repo url comes from ZEPPELIN_INTERPRETER_DEP_MVNREPO it is important to see in the UI it's value
