https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/pull/1228 changed ZEPPELIN_CLASSPATH to ZEPPELIN_INTP_CLASSPATH but the change has been made only for interpreter.sh not interpreter.cmd. Should apply same change to interpreter.cmd for consistent support for linux and window.
