Versioning zeppelin-web resources

    Description

      When newer version of zeppelin-web updates dependencies or any resources, browser cache does not invalidated automatically. That results broken GUI until each individual user clear browser cache manually.

      It would be really helpful if Zeppelin generates each resource file name with version number. So we can make sure newer version is being loaded correctly without cleaning browser cache.
