Admission controller: remove v1beta1 usage

Details

    Description

      The admission controller uses v1beta1.AdmissionReview and v1beta1.AdmissionResponse in the calls. This API is removed in K8s 1.22 and we should proactively move to the v1 versions of both.

      This also affects the registration of the webhooks in the yaml stored int the templates.
