Description

We've done some perf benchmark with kubemark.

We need to bring those code/scripts to our repos for more improvements, and continual testing. We should create a sub-folder in k8shim repo for this. The target is to make such tests easy to set up, easy to run and easy to get the result.

Also include some essential documents, such as guides, and the perf report.
