Description

Add a simple kind-e2e Makefile target to yunikorn-k8shim. This would spin up a kind cluster (on the latest version), run the e2e tests, then tear down the cluster. This would be easier (especially for new users) than running the scripts/run-e2e-tests.sh script directly.
