Description

There are several xxxxEvents that can be moved to a different package:

• queueEvents
• applicationEvents
• askEvents
• nodeEvents

There are numerous files in pkg/scheduler/objects. This is an opportunity to clean it up a bit and move these under eg. pkg/scheduler/objects/events.

• Remove Node reference from nodeEvents: In Progress
• Remove AllocationAsk reference from askEvents: In Progress
• Remove Application reference from applicationEvents: Open
• Move all xxxEvents types to objects/events: Open
