Description

There two properties which are not used by the event system:

1. The property "event.requestCapacity" is supposed to determine the size of a slice which is used between the core and shim to transfer events in every 2 seconds. However, right now it's not used at all, we use the default (1000) every time.
2. The property "RESTResponseSize" is not even in the code at all. It influences the maximum number of entries returned in the batch API. Currently, the hard coded value is 10000.
