Description

The current rotating gif for the web UI has not been updated in a long time and shows a really old version that is not accurate anymore.

It needs updating, location:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/apache/yunikorn-site/master/docs/assets/yk-ui-screenshots.gif

Referenced in the release repo: branch gh-pages, file /index.md, also used in the "Get Started" guide as part of the docs https://yunikorn.apache.org/docs/
