Description

The core test code has two utility functions to create allocations. The queue name was removed from the allocation in an earlier change but the tests methods were never adjusted to not accept the parameter anymore:

• newAllocation
• 
  newPlaceholderAlloc

Both function in objects/utilities_test.go
