    Description

      YUNIKORN-1747 improved the performance of methods that is used by the predicates. But we can enhance the speed of the scheduling cycle further because the cached list inside SchedulerCache is invalidated too often. We should check if the pod has affinity or anti-affinity settings in its spec and only invalidate if it does.
