Description

Add the following REST endpoints to the handlers:

• /ws/v1/events/batch
• /ws/v1/events/batch/app
• /ws/v1/events/batch/node
• /ws/v1/events/batch/queue
• /ws/v1/events/batch?count=n
• /ws/v1/events/batch?timestamp=1649167576110754000
• /ws/v1/events/batch?id=n
