Description

We already have an applicationEvents type which wraps creating events, but atm it generates only two.

Extend it with new methods defined in the design document:

• New application added
• Normal removal of application
• Application rejected
• State change: New
• State change: Accepted
• State change: Starting
• State change: Running
• State change: Completing
• State change: Completed
• State change: Failing
• State change: Failed
