[YUNIKORN-166] travis build change leaves code coverage file in the root

Description

With the introduction of the code changes for travis the make target test now generates a coverage profile file called coverage.txt
This file gets uploaded by travis to codecov but should not be checked in.

We need to fix up the .gitignore files in all repos that generate a coverage (core and k8shim)
