Description

The NewConfiguredQueue() method is indirectly tested as part of a lot of other tests but we have not covered the method itself to make sure defaults etc are set correctly.

Dynamic queues are tested directly via TestNewDynamicQueue() we need a similar test for NewConfiguredQueue()
