[YUNIKORN-1241] remove RequiredNode from PlaceholderData

Description

A placeholder can never have a requiredNode set. We should not track it as part of the PlaceholderData as in a real running cluster it cannot be set.

This info is not used in any other component, tools should be OK to remove this (REST API)
