Description

The release script does not handle any errors and expects the release json file to always contain the right tags. If not a failure occurs due which is not nice to track back. We should handle missing keys and tags etc

We also do not fail if commands do not work. For instance we try to sing the helm charts even if the helm package has failed.

YUNIKORN-1201 and YUNIKORN-1009 changed the way the SHA for the repos were handled but these changes did not flow into the script correctly which would leave values incorrectly set.
