Description

In the helm charts for 1.0.0, the plugin image tag is configured incorrectly:

 

image:
  tag: scheduler-1.0.0

pluginImage:
  tag: scheduler-1.0.0

This should be scheduler-plugin-1.0.0. The incorrect values cause the plugin to basically be ignored in favor of the standard build.
