Description

The branch used for the release will remain branch-0.12.

Release the helm charts in yunikorn-release repository with following steps:

• update version to v0.12.2 in charts
• update supported k8s versions in charts
• add v0.12.2 to index.yaml (gh-pages)
• tag v0.12.2
