Exclude files from shelldocs

    Description

      When a project download nodejs packages from third party for testing or packaging purpose. Shelldocs will try to check on downloaded files. There is no easy way to add SHELLDOC flag to the files on demand. Hence, it generates a lot of false positive scores to the dependent project. It would be nice to have ability to completely ignore a subdirectory.
