Description

YARN Service AM uses a random ephemeral port for the ClientAMService RPC. In environments where firewalls block unnecessary ports by default, it is useful to have a configuration that specifies the port range. Similar to what we have for MapReduce yarn.app.mapreduce.am.job.client.port-range.
