Description

At some point RM just hangs and stops allocating resources. At the point RM get hangs, YARN throws NullPointerException at RegularContainerAllocator#allocate, and RegularContainerAllocator#preCheckForPlacementSet, and RegularContainerAllocator#getLocalityWaitFactor.
