[YARN-7828] Clicking on yarn service should take to component tab

Description

Steps:

1) Enable ATS 2

2) Start Httpd yarn service

3) Go to UI2 Services tab

4) Click on yarn service

This page redirects to Attempt-list tab

However, it should be redirected to Components tab
