Recover component information on YARN native services AM restart

    Description

      The new RoleInstance#Container constructor does not populate all the information needed for a RoleInstance. This is the constructor used when recovering running containers in AppState#addRestartedContainer. We will have to figure out a way to determine this information for a running container.
