[YARN-6627] Use deployed webapp folder to launch new YARN UI

Description

Currently new ui war file is placed in share/hadoop/yarn folder. Along with this, its better to have ui2 folder placed under share/hadoop/yarn/webapps so that UI could be launched from a defined folder.

This will also help to make some cutom config related to ui as well.
