[YARN-6115] Few additional paths in Slider client still uses get all Applications without tags/states filter

Description

Few additional paths in Slider client still uses get all Applications without name/states filter. It causes RM to generate application reports for all applications. For a cluster with thousands of apps shows "Large response size" logs in RM, potentially leading to memory issues.
