Description

Saw the following in a recent precommit:

Running org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.resourcemanager.TestRMAdminService
Tests run: 25, Failures: 1, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 18.639 sec <<< FAILURE! - in org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.resourcemanager.TestRMAdminService
