[YARN-5493] In leaf queue page, list applications should only show applications from that leaf queues

Description

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a 2 queues
• Go to leaf queue page at http://<host>:<port>/#/yarn-queue-apps/<queueName> url
• click on application list.

Here, it list down all the applications. Instead , It should list down only applications from that particular leaf queue.
