AM proxy filter can not get RM webapp address from yarn.resourcemanager.hostname.rm-id

    Description

      Default proxy address could not be got without setting yarn.resourcemanager.webapp.address.rm-id and/or yarn.resourcemanager.webapp.https.address.rm-id explicitly if RM-HA is enabled.
