Description

This is a follow-up to YARN-3144. In addition to YarnClientImpl, delegation token renew may also fail after client has successfully retrieved delegation token. This jira is to allow the exception generated in TimelineDelegationTokenIdentifier to be non-fatal if the RM has configured the yarn.timeline-service.client.best-effort flag.
