Description
When trying to submit an app to an invalid queue (e.g.: invalid.queue) the RM crashes with a NPE.
Reproduction:
spark-submit --class org.apache.spark.examples.SparkPi --executor-memory 1G --queue invalid.queue spark-examples.jar 100
