Description

In https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-10361 the existing configuration  of hadoop.http.rmwebapp.scheduler.page.class is updated to yarn.http.rmwebapp.scheduler.page.class, which causes incompatibility with old versions, It is better to make the old configuration deprecated.
