Description

There are some problems with the ws/v1/cluster/scheduler output of the ResourceManager:
Even though the pendingContainers field is documented in the FairScheduler output, it is missing from the actual output. In case of the CapacityScheduler this field exists, but it is missing from the documentation. Let's fix both cases!
