Description

In the current form, the conversion of FS placement rules to CS mapping rules has a lot of feature gaps and doesn't work properly.

The output is good as a starting point but sometimes it causes CS to throw an exception.

Until a proper resolution is implemented, it's better to disable this by default and introduce a command line switch.
