Description

Localized error messages (especially for validation) would be very useful for Xerces in non-English environments. XML editors often display Xerces error messages to end users, and may not always assume a specific version of Xerces is used to provide error messages localization.

JAXP has started including localized error messages :

These files are adapted to an old version of Xerces, and do not include all the recent messages. But maybe they could be used to start this project ?
