Description

The implementation of XSObject.getNamespaceItem() in Xerces-J 2.9.1 and earlier releases always returns null. There are revisits in the code to implement this method. Looks like we completely forgot about it. For every globally declared component it's supposed to return a non-null XSNamespaceItem.
