Description

SAX2 Parser goes into an infinite loop when
feature "http://apache.org/xml/features/continue-after-fatal-error" is set
to "true" (or SAX2XMLReader::setExitOnFirstFatalError(false)) and a non-XML
text file is passed to the parser
