Description

on a solaris 2.7 SUN workstation with the Sun C++ 4.2 compiler version,
the compilation fails for the source code file GeneralAttributeCheck.cpp

on lines 828 and 882, we must add 'GeneralAttributeCheck::'
before E_Count and A_Count to get the compilation succeed.
