Description

The migration archive reads, for the migration from 2.8.0 to 3.0.0, that "a number of DOM interfaces (DOMBuilder, DOMWriter, DOMInputSource, etc.) were replaced as part of the the final DOM Level 3 specification conformance work."

That does not help much when one has a legacy code base depending on 2.x that one wants to migrate to 3.x: Yes, those DOM interfaces were replaced, but there is no information how to replace them in your code.

Googling for some kind of migration guide, I came up with several people sharing my problem, but no answers.

Could the documentation be improved in this?
